Classes run weekly on Thursdays between 6:10 and 7:00pm.

All abilities welcome, including beginners. Please bring a mat and a stretch band (or dressing gown cord!)

Before your first class, you will need to fill out an enrolment form which I will send over by email.

Prices

Single Class: £12

Block of 6 classes: £60

We accept card payment only for single classes, or bank transfers in advance of the class for block bookings
